Company Description Anytime Dental Group is a patient-centered dental network serving communities across the Golden Horseshoe, including the GTA, Hamilton, Welland, Cambridge, and Vaughan. We provide a full range of general dentistry and cosmetic services, including implants and orthodontics, supported by state-of-the-art equipment. Our clinics operate with extended evening hours and are open seven days a week to accommodate diverse patient schedules. Role Description The Dental Concierge is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient front-office experience for patients. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment scheduling, and coordinating reservations and follow-up visits using the clinic’s booking systems. The role handles reception desk operations such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing patients to the appropriate clinical staff. The Dental Concierge supports patient flow, assists with basic administrative tasks, and provides clear communication about procedures, wait times, and clinic policies. This position works closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every patient throughout their visit. Qualifications Concierge Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, patient-centered environment. Reservations and Receptionist Duties experience, including appointment scheduling, call handling, and front desk administration. Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members. Previous experience in a dental, medical, or hospitality setting is an asset. Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications (e.g., email, practice management systems). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced clinic environment. Professional, respectful demeanor and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory patient care. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in healthcare administration, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
