Role Description The Clinical Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role focuses on promoting HALO’s telemonitoring solutions to hospitals, health systems, and long-term care organizations, with a particular emphasis on clinical decision makers and administrative stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, presenting clinical and operational value propositions, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. The Clinical Sales Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and administrators, provide ongoing account support, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying current on relevant clinical practices, patient safety trends, and telehealth innovations to inform sales strategies and client conversations. Qualifications Strong foundation in clinical domains such as Cardiology and Medicine, with the ability to discuss patient care and safety in a informed, professional manner. Demonstrated expertise in Sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, consultative selling, and closing complex deals in healthcare or related fields. Experience in Account Management, with skills in relationship building, contract renewal, and ongoing support for hospital and long-term care clients. Exposure to Interventional Cardiology or other specialized clinical areas, enabling credible conversations with physicians and clinical leaders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate clinical benefits into operational and financial value for diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, technical support, and implementation specialists. Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, life sciences, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience selling healthcare technology, medical devices, or patient monitoring solutions is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and comfort working in dynamic clinical environments and traveling locally as needed.
