FACULTY OF BUSINESS
The UNB Saint John Faculty of Business (FOB) offers a 12-month intensive MBA program and a Bachelor of Business program with industry backed specializations, numerous experiential learning opportunities, and a CWIL accredited co-op program. The faculty, in collaboration with other UNB units, manages admissions, program advising, student engagement, experiential learning, curriculum development, alumni relations and community engagement.

Standard Work Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm |36.25 hours per week
Salary Range: $ 55,270 - $71,853 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Dean of Business, the Project Manager, Accreditations and Strategic Initiatives will lead major strategic initiatives and support the planning and execution of the overall strategy of the Faculty of Business. Specifically, the holder will be responsible for the Faculty's efforts in the areas of assurance of learning and accreditations, strategic planning and execution, and other strategic initiatives that may be assigned by the dean as needs emerge.
Secure and maintain key accreditations and endorsements by the industry and international organizations.
Coordinate ongoing data gathering, conduct data analyses, and produce the reports necessary to obtain and maintain accreditations.
Lead the development of the reports needed for accreditations and certifications.
Lead the Assurance of Learning (AOL) efforts across business programs, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders including the leadership team, faculty and staff.
Develop, maintain and track progress of quality assurance plans and processes to ensure compliance with external requirements and expectations, and ensure continuous improvement beyond the minimum required.
Coordinate ongoing data gathering, perform data analyses, and produce the reports necessary to develop, execute and measure progress of continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the leadership team and relevant committees in fostering continuous improvement culture and operational excellence across business programs.
Work closely with the Dean and leadership team to develop the faculty's overall strategy.
Support a timely, effective and efficient execution of the strategy.
Develop and produce relevant progress reports including the Dean's Dashboard.
WHAT YOU BRING
MBA required.
5+ years of successful experience in managing complex projects and/or leading strategic planning processes.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Strengths
Experience in coordinating the production of complex reports.
Excellent communication (oral and writing) and analytical skills.
Project management professional (PMP) or Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification.
Experience in quality assurance or assurance of learning in academic settings.
Data analytics or storytelling using data.
Familiarity with executive dashboards and reporting.
