Our P&C Litigation team handles Bodily Injury, Property, Accident Benefits and Auto/Investigative Services litigation work on behalf of The Co-operators Group of Companies (The Co-operators) or its insured clients. As the Administrative Assistant you will provide a full range of support services to the P&C Litigation team. You will contribute to our culture by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.

How you will create impact:

  • Offering a wide range of support services, including database administration, data entry, word processing, file set up, coordination of meetings and maintenance of office equipment

  • Providing exceptional client service in accordance with our service and quality standards, with the view of enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement.

  • Providing telephone support and other services as required, involving broad interaction with clients and colleagues.

  • You have one year of related business experience or equivalent education.

What you need to know:

  • Frequent movement, moderate exertion and the ability to lift or move up to 10 lbs may be required

  • You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

  • You may have direct contact with clients and service providers.
