Job Summary

The Admissions Counselor – B2C is the front line of Noble Education Group’s direct-to-student business and a hybrid of two high-impact roles: expert student counselor and on-camera content creator. On the counseling side, this position converts inbound and marketing-generated leads into enrolled students through high-volume, multi-channel engagement — phone, WhatsApp, and email — and then manages the complete lifecycle of each client, from the first conversation through college application, offer, payment, and visa filing. On the content side, the same person becomes a trusted face of the brand, creating engaging videos and live sessions that generate new leads and build credibility with prospective students before the first call ever happens. Success in this role is measured by monthly payment targets, quarterly enrollment targets, consistent content creation, the quality and consistency of follow-ups, and the Google reviews earned from satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Student Counseling: Counsel prospective students on Canadian colleges, universities, and study pathways, providing expert guidance on program selection, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
  2. High-Volume Engagement: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily and consistently engage with prospective students throughout the workday across phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  3. Lead Follow-up & Conversion: Execute persistent, structured follow-up on all assigned leads, maintaining accurate call notes and follow-up history in the CRM, and building strong relationships with students and parents to move them from inquiry to enrollment.
  4. Client Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of each client — from initial counseling through application, LOA, tuition payment, and visa filing — ensuring no client is dropped at any stage of the journey.
  5. College Application Submission: Prepare and apply with the recommended college applications for each client, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with the pathway agreed during counseling.
  6. Visa & Cross-Team Coordination: Guide students through document requirements and visa-related procedures, coordinating with the admissions, operations, and immigration teams for a seamless client experience.
  7. Content Creation: Create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube that educates prospective students, builds brand trust, and generates new inquiries.
  8. On-Camera Representation: Appear confidently on camera as a professional face of Noble Education Group, participating in live sessions, webinars, and Q&A events.
  9. Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly payment targets and quarterly enrollment targets, along with regular content output, in a performance-driven environment.
  10. Reviews & Client Advocacy: Deliver a client experience worth talking about — proactively earning Google reviews from satisfied students and turning happy clients into referral sources.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Canada study visa counseling, education consulting, telesales, or student recruitment.
  • Sector Expertise: Strong knowledge of Canadian colleges, universities, admission processes, and study pathways, including intake cycles and program requirements.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, with excellent verbal and written communication across all three.
  • Camera Confidence: Comfortable speaking on camera; experience creating social media videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube) is a major asset.
  • Sales Discipline: Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven, with proven lead conversion and client relationship management abilities.

Skills

  • Consultative Selling: Turning counseling conversations into enrollments by matching each student’s goals, budget, and profile to the right pathway.
  • Camera Presence: A friendly, energetic on-screen personality that builds trust with students before they ever pick up the phone.
  • End-to-End Ownership: The discipline to carry every client from first inquiry to visa filing without letting any file fall through the cracks.
  • Trust Building: Navigating the hopes and concerns of students and parents with empathy, honesty, and professional authority — the kind of service that earns five-star reviews.
