About the Role

We are hiring a Director, Growth & Performance Marketing to own the strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of our global marketing portfolio. This role uniquely blends channel leadership with analytics depth, driving acquisition efficiency, full-funnel performance, and data-driven decision making.

This leader will oversee paid media day to day, conduct portfolio-wide analysis and experimentation, and translate insights into clear actions for marketing, sales, and executive leadership. It is both a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data while ensuring marketing programs deliver measurable growth. This role requires a strong grasp of digital media mechanics, measurement, and full-funnel marketing dynamics.

What You'll Do

Lead Day-to-Day Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Own the execution and optimization of paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads optimization, including advanced Quality Score improvement techniques, keyword and targeting refinements, and strategic enhancements of Ad Rank to drive higher performance within automated bidding (e.g., tCPA).
  • Translate business goals into tactical plans - ensuring campaign structure, budget allocation, targeting, and creative all align to lead and cost targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with media agencies and platforms to ensure consistent delivery and accountability.

Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis across paid media, CRM, SEO, and website performance.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that deliver clear, executive-ready narratives.
  • Develop frameworks to assess ROI, channel mix efficiency, funnel health, and customer lifetime value.
  • Run testing and experimentation programs including A/B testing, attribution modeling, incrementality, and media mix modeling.
  • Monitor and interpret funnel metrics to identify growth levers and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver detailed, strategic presentations and comprehensive performance reports, clearly translating complex data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for senior-level stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales and growth teams – helping connect acquisition activity to revenue and funnel health.

Support Leadership & Scale

  • Serve as the Senior Director's second-in-command - escalating issues, aligning day-to-day operations, and contributing to long-term media planning.

  • Identify and action opportunities for scale, efficiency, and innovation across the paid media ecosystem.

  • Deliver strategic presentations and recommendations that influence decisions at the highest levels.

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Executive teams to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.

What You Bring

    • 8+ years of experience in years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, or marketing analytics.
    • Hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns across Google, Meta, and Programmatic platforms.
    • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, HubSpot).
    • Proven ability to conduct complex analysis and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
    • Technical and hands-on proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and strategic alignment of digital marketing channels.
    • Proven success managing agencies, leading campaign optimization, and achieving cost-efficiency goals (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
    • Exceptional ability to synthesize insights from large datasets to drive actionable performance improvements.
    • Understanding of attribution, lead scoring, and full-funnel marketing KPIs.
    • Strong communicator with a bias for action – comfortable managing details while influencing cross-functional teams.
    • Skilled at crafting clear, strategic, and visually engaging presentations tailored for senior-level stakeholders.
    • Experience in high-consideration B2C categories is an asset
