Helpdesk – TSYS/Commercial Credit Cards: On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (E/F) Helpdesk – TSYS/Commercial Credit Cards for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite per month at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Helpdesk – TSYS/Commercial Credit Cards - Job Description: This role involves providing non-technical support to the Commercial Card Coordinator team by handling inquiries via email or phone. The position focuses on troubleshooting, investigating payment reconciliation issues, and reporting problem issues to vendors to mitigate risk. Coordination with various departments such as Fraud, Chargeback, Accounting, and Contact Center is essential.

Helpdesk – TSYS/Commercial Credit Cards - Responsibilities:

  • Following daily, weekly, and monthly assigned tasks
  • Responding to Coordinator inquiries with urgency
  • Adhering to service level agreements and acknowledging email inquiries
  • Purging and redirecting new replacement cards appropriately
  • Tracking all interactions with internal and external clients
  • Reporting problem logs to vendors for further investigation
  • Taking ownership of outstanding investigations and updating clients
  • Enhancing knowledge through available resources and procedures

Helpdesk – TSYS/Commercial Credit Cards - Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • TSYS Knowledge
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions
  • Previous Commercial Card and Contact Center experience

Helpdesk – TSYS/Commercial Credit Cards – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • College/University degree
  • Experience in a financial services environment
  • Familiarity with payment reconciliation processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)

Helpdesk – TSYS/Commercial Credit Cards – Assignment Length: This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension.
