Revenue & Pricing Analyst
Location: Edmonton/Calgary
Red Arrow and Ebus, owned by Keolis and trusted providers of motorcoach services across Alberta, BC, and Ontario, are seeking a Revenue, Pricing & Scheduling Analyst. In this role, you will analyze data to optimize pricing, develop efficient schedules, and identify revenue opportunities. Your expertise will directly contribute to growth, competitiveness, and long-term profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager
- Review and optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue
- Analyze competitor activity to keep our offerings competitive
- Use revenue management tools (e.g., Bedariz) to forecast and optimize schedules and pricing
- Review and interpret large datasets to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with Finance and Operations to align pricing, scheduling, and business strategy
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in an analytical role, ideally in:

- Airline industry (revenue management, scheduling, or pricing)
- Rail or transit operations (scheduling, pricing, or revenue optimization)
- Logistics, transportation, or corporate travel analytics roles are also considered
- Experience with revenue management tools is an asset
- Strong computer engineering and Excel skills
- Exceptional data analysis, reporting, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
