Rippling Canada powers some of the company’s fastest-growing product lines — spanning Global HR, Payroll, Employer of Record, Contractors and IT for multinational companies.
We’re looking for aSenior Manager, Demand Generationto scale the demand engine across Canada specifically. Reporting to the Marketing Lead for Canada, you’ll be the DG lead who turns big GTM bets into pipeline—owning ABM, webinars, events, SDR “spearfishing” plays, direct mail, and whatever creative, high-leverage programs you dream up next to create and convert demand.
This role is for someone who loves the craftandthe strategy: you can invent new plays, run them end-to-end, and then pressure-test performance with ruthless clarity. You’ll partner closely with a best-in-class Digital Marketing lead who owns the paid engine (search, paid social, retargeting, etc.), and you’ll tap into Rippling’s central US marketing resources for creative and marketing ops support. Expect to move fast, run tight experiments, scale what works, and grow your career!
The ideal candidate is a builder: equal parts creative campaign architect and performance-obsessed operator. You get excited about finding an insight, turning it into a crisp audience + message + offer, and shipping a program that makes reps say, “wait, where did these meetings come from!?” You’re as comfortable whiteboarding an ABM narrative as you are diagnosing funnel conversion, and you bring the energy to bring your own paintbrush to a high-potential region for Rippling.
##What you will do
- Develop and execute thestrategy for demand gen campaignsthat span promoted content, webinars, ebooks, field events, ABM, content syndication, inbound and outbound sales activations, and more. You’ll do this across always-on programs and the demand gen plays laddering up to integrated campaigns.
- You’llpartner directly with the Canada SDRs and AEson the demand gen campaigns you're running to set them up for success and build a virtuous feedback look on what works and what doesn’t, iterating over time.
- You’ll help build and run thecustomer marketingmotion for Canada by elevating customer voices across the funnel through case studies, customer webinars, intimate executive events, and other creative advocacy opportunities that strengthen credibility, deepen relationships, and drive demand.
- You’llanalyze your campaign performanceand deeply understand how different programs impact funnel performance to accelerate growth. This includes shifting budgets to areas with higher returns and optimizing via testing and learning.
- You’llown marketing sourced/influenced pipeline targetsfor demand generation channels aimed at Canada. (ABM, field marketing, direct mail, webinars, content, and more).
##What you will need
- 6+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment.
- Deep marketing channel expertise spanning gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, ABM, etc. and how to use these to drive leads and pipeline.
- End-to-end ownership. You execute flawlessly (directly & via others) and take your projects across the finish line. You own mistakes and learn from them.
- You naturally communicate clearly, because you think clearly. You know how to modulate your communications, whether talking to an IC on your team or an executive.
- Collaboration; you have a track record of delivering outsized results by partnering with others cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical skills to uncover insights that you incorporate into your roadmap.
- Agility and speed. You’ll constantly try new ideas in this role. When things don’t work, you pivot; when they do, you move fast to scale them. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
