Job Purpose
Reporting to the Manager, Operational Performance, the incumbent contributes to the analysis of daily data and key performance indicators related to in store operations. They support the identification of performance gaps, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement, and synthesize insights to help inform decision making for the relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and ongoing adjustment of monthly store sales and productivity plans.
- Analyze store operational results to identify underperformers, pinpoint sources of underperformance, and propose solutions based on technical analyses and practical insights.
- Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports, ensuring data clarity and accessibility.
- Develop clear analytical tools to improve store performance.
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of best practice guides for store scheduling and performance analysis.
- Provide training and conduct in-store visits.
Your Profile
- Precise Analysis and Attention to Detail: You have excellent analytical skills and a rigorous approach to interpreting data for well-informed decision-making.
- Communication and Negotiation: You communicate your ideas clearly and have a natural talent for negotiation, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various partners.
Requirements
- Bilingualism is essential, spoken and written in both French and English.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of PowerBI is an asset.
