Job Title: Eklektikos Ensemble Assistant
Department: Music
Wage: $16.00 per hour
Hours of Work: Approximately 1.5 hours/week
Start Date: September 3, 2025
Number of Positions Available: 1
Length of Appointment: April 10, 2025
Date Issued: August 15, 2025
Duties:
– Coordinate communications
– Liaison with director of ensemble
– Assist with scanning and distributing parts, if applicable
– Take attendance (confidentially is required)
– Piano moves, as required.
– Other relevant duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience:
– School of Music Student
– Previous experience is an asset
– Must be flexible and confidential
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Comfortable working independently
– Consistently available
– Must be familiar with online platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
