Our client, a growing discretionary portfolio management firm, is seeking a relationship-driven Portfolio Manager – Client Relationship Manager to join their client-facing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an investment professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, supporting business development, and delivering a high-touch wealth management experience in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities
- Support prospect meetings, investment presentations, and client follow-ups
- Lead the client onboarding process, including account documentation and compliance coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch client service and ongoing portfolio support
- Partner closely with Portfolio Managers and internal teams to enhance the client experience
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support firm growth
Qualification

CFA Level I completed or CIM designation required

Registered as a Portfolio Manager (or eligible for registration)

5+ years of experience in wealth management, portfolio management, or client relationship management

Strong understanding of discretionary portfolios, investment products, and Canadian regulatory requirements

Experience working with high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong relationship-management mindset
