We are currently recruiting for our Aurora ON Buyers Market Treasure Hunt Store *Manager *position located at 14740 Yonge St, Aurora, ON L4G 7H8 (formerly TK Home Store)
This is a great opportunity for seasoned store managers with that entrepreneurial spirit!
Buyers Market Treasure Hunt is an innovative off-price retailer purchasing secondary market goods from major brands and retailers. We purchase these goods for less, which allows us to pass the savings to our customer. We offer not only great prices, but amazing value on name brands every day.

The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive, and profitable operation are achieved.
This position is also responsible for creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both respect and growth into the day-to-day operations.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Selection and training of all key managers - Oversight and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing merchandise - Compliance with all company policies and procedures - Performing or following-up on all delegated tasks while leading by example
Requirements include, but are not limited to: - Must pass criminal records check
- Bilingual Abilities are a plus to enhance communications with diverse customers
- Excellent time management skills
-Retail management experience - Ability to work with little or no direct supervision - Computer literacy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Analytical skills - Good decision-making abilities
In addition to the annual salary, the Store Manager is entitled to the following benefits: - Up to $100 in performance based weekly bonus payable monthly - Store discount _- On-site training provided _ - Excellent growth and career opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
