The Opportunity We are partnering with a high-growth, internationally established recruitment firm seeking a commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead and scale sales performance across Canada.
This is a strategic leadership role for a proven billing sales leader who understands the recruitment industry and knows how to build, inspire, and drive high-performing business development teams.
With international backing, strong brand positioning, and ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to shape national strategy while earning uncapped commission on performance.
The Role As National Sales Manager, You Will
- Lead national sales strategy across multiple recruitment verticals
- Drive new business development and key account growth
- Coach, mentor, and performance-manage sales leaders and consultants
- Build scalable sales processes
- Identify new market opportunities across sectors and regions
- Partner with senior leadership on revenue forecasting and expansion plans
- Play a visible role in brand positioning and market growth
This is a hybrid role with flexibility, travel as required, and strong executive visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in recruitment/staffing sales leadership
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing multi-location or national teams
- Commercially strategic with hands-on BD capability
- Strong leadership presence and coaching mindset
- Comfortable operating in a growth-focused, performance-driven culture
