We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to join our team and lead the people side of change for technology, process, and organizational transformations. You will play a key role in ensuring successful adoption of change initiatives by focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness. You’ll work cross-functionally with project managers, department leads, SMEs, and senior executives to design and implement structured change strategies that enable measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a solid foundation in project coordination within technological environments.
Job Summary
The Senior Project Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the successful execution of our CD PMO programs. This individual will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a solid foundation in project coordination within technology environments.

Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication strategies, and training plans.
- Integrate change management activities into overall project plans and support the adoption of project deliverables, higher utilization, and greater proficiency of changes impacting employees.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across multiple departments to assess readiness and mitigate resistance.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather feedback and improve change strategies.
Communication & Enablement
- Design and deliver effective communications tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Create communication content (emails, FAQs, newsletters, presentations) that support awareness, understanding, and engagement.
Training & Development
- Support the development of training materials and delivery plans.
- Coordinate training logistics and evaluate training effectiveness.
Organizational Readiness & Support
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.
- Track adoption metrics, develop feedback loops, and support reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustained change.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Information Technology, or related field preferred (but not required).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in organizational change management roles, preferably within a structured project environment.
- Proven experience supporting large, complex projects, including multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- PROSCI, SAFe Agilist, PMP or CAPM certification is a plus (but not required).

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions proactively.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
