About the role
Our client located in Toronto is looking for a hospitality-focused Catering Associate to join their team.
What’s in it for you
Salary of $44,300 - $54,700
Comprehensive benefits & pension plan 3 weeks of vacation
Working hours: Must be flexible to work Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.
In this role, you will be responsible for
Serve as a professional ambassador, anticipate client needs, and support high-profile meetings and events with discretion. Coordinate the setup, delivery, and presentation of food and beverage services for meetings and conferences. Prepare boardrooms, kitchens, and client lounges to ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for use. Monitor supply levels, coordinate vendor orders, and process related invoices. Ensure strict adherence to food handling, health and safety, and corporate service standards. Any other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have
Experience in hospitality, catering, hotel, or corporate office environments. Exceptional communication skills, a polished professional presence, and strong attention to detail. The ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic workplace technologies.
