About the role
Title - IAM analyst
Duration - 3 months Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 5+ years of experience as an IAM Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst, with a deep understanding of core identity governance (IGA) or access management (AM/CIAM) concepts. Analytical Documentation: Exceptional skills in translating ambiguous business needs into structured functional requirement documents, process flows, data mapping matrices, and user stories. Communication & Facilitation: Outstanding workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills. CIAM Skill set: Experience working with application onboarding, integration, or migration initiatives and Understanding of customer authentication and access management concepts, including: Single Sign-On (SSO),Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA),Registration & Login Journeys,Password Management,Account Recovery, Identity Federation Platform Familiarity: Functional experience with at least one major market-leading platform is required (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID).
Nice-To-Have Skills
Experience creating onboarding readiness assessments and migration checklists. Knowledge of adaptive authentication, passwordless authentication, and risk-based access controls. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries. Understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Exposure to Power BI reporting and dashboard creation. Bilingualism (English/French/Spanish) is considered a strong asset for serving our international client base.
