Job Description:

The RV Park Guest Service Agent ensures guests have an enjoyable stay by delivering outstanding customer service and supporting daily campground operations. This position entails guest check-ins, managing reservations, assisting with park maintenance, and addressing guest needs. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys working in a guest-focused outdoor setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and help with the check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage reservations, payments, and guest inquiries professionally.
  • Offer guests details about campground amenities, nearby attractions, and Indigenous cultural experiences.
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as cleaning restrooms and shared spaces.
  • Perform routine campground patrols to guarantee safety and adherence to KOA policies.
  • Assist guests with RV hookups and troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of campground supplies and restock as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting campground activities and events.
  • Ensure all KOA safety protocols and campground regulations are followed.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills and prior experience in hospitality or guest services are preferred.
  • The ability to multitask and manage cash and electronic transactions accurately.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding campground reservation systems.
  • Fundamental troubleshooting skills for RV-related problems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Understanding Indigenous culture and local attractions is valuable.

Conditions of Employment

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light physical duties. Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to work comfortably outdoors in different weather conditions.
