Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ and ISC Developer/Implementer . The ideal candidate will be involved in the development, implementation, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions to enhance our identity governance and administration capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using both SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint ISC according to the specific needs of the organization.
- Manage the integration of these platforms with various internal and external systems to ensure seamless identity governance and lifecycle management.
- Customize and configure workflows, connectors, and policies to accommodate complex business processes.
- Perform upgrades and migrations from IdentityIQ to ISC as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Provide technical leadership in identity and access management best practices and stay abreast of new features and functionalities within SailPoint platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ and ISC, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of identity services.
- Document all technical procedures and configurations related to identity management implementations.
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ and ISC solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity management, access governance, and related security protocols.
- Experience with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, API development or other programming languages used in SailPoint environments.
- Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.), and single sign-on (SSO) technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex cross-systems issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with database management systems and complex SQL queries.
Preferred Skills
- SailPoint certification(s) such as SailPoint Certified Identity Professional.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with identity management solutions.
- Experience with other IAM tools and technologies is a plus.
