RadNet Cerner Application Support Analyst
About the role
Summary A Cerner RadNet Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the Cerner RadNet Radiology Information System (RIS) within the Cerner Millennium/Oracle Health ecosystem. The role ensures smooth radiology workflows, resolves technical and functional issues, and collaborates with clinical and IT teams to enhance system performance. Key Responsibilities
- Application Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide L2 support for Cerner RadNet and integrated ancillary systems (PACS, EMR, billing, ECG/diagnostic systems).
- Troubleshoot incidents related to order entry, scheduling, reporting, documentation, workflow issues, and interface errors.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, ensure SLA adherence, and deliver timely resolutions.
- Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain SOPs, technical documents, and training material.
