Purpose & Objectives

The COO Customer Support & CLM team is at the heart of our business operations, overseeing and transforming the effectiveness of how we run. We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Business Strategy and Success team. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join our global team and support a variety of internal communications and projects. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, passionate about communicating, and driven by transformation and continuous innovation.

Expectations & Tasks

• Content Creation & Storytelling: Build compelling communications in various formats such as newsletters, power point slides, videos, info graphs, blogs and leadership talking points.
• Strategy Execution: Participate in the creation and execution of communication strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Meeting Facilitation: Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings, including follow-up activities, action item tracking, and organizing next steps.
• Platform Management: Build, maintain, and continuously improve multiple SharePoint and MS Teams sites to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Align with various internal stakeholders on projects and initiatives to ensure cohesive and effective communication.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize communication processes for the COO organization.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business, communications, and marketing.
• Organizational Excellence: Well-organized and detail-oriented with a project-management approach to structuring work assignments.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient skills in PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, with a strong focus on design and presentation quality. Graphic design, web design and video editing skills are a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent time management and both written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write compelling talking points for leaders.
• Global Collaboration: Flexibility to work with a global team across various time zones.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 56000 - 95200(CAD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
