Base $14 USD/hr or $19.50 CAD/hr + Uncapped Commission

Who This Is For

You have past sales experience, either in training or in practice. You are based anywhere in the US or Canada. You are extremely hard-working. You are honest and do what you say you do. Experience in tech / IT is a bonus.

Daily Responsibilities

Activity - Phone and message new and old leads. Minimum 200 actions / day. Work Ethic - Maintain a high work ethic with a standard Monday-Friday work schedule. Evenings + weekends are available as well. Pipeline - Manage your pipeline and follow-up properly. Admin - Complete administrative work for data collection and tracking. Team - Be a dedicated team player.

Minimum Expectations

200 input actions (messages / dials) per day. 5 sets (meetings scheduled) per day. 70% show rate for meetings scheduled. Minimum of 10 sales per month (10 scheduled meetings that lead to sales).

Monthly Commission Structure

Our commission structure rewards performance. As you (or the person you set to) sell more deals, your commission per deal increases:

0–10 accounts: $70 USD ($100 CAD) / account 11–18 accounts: $105 USD ($150 CAD) / account 19–30 accounts: $140 USD ($200 CAD) / account 31+ accounts: $175 USD ($250 CAD) / account

On-Track Earnings (OTE) - Range is for 10 sales to 30 sales

$35,280 USD to $64,680 USD, or $49,659 CAD to $91,008 CAD.

Remember that this is uncapped, based on performance.
