In this junior position, you will be building client relationships, coordinating group bookings, and promoting new sales opportunities across our amazing attractions. The successful candidate will help showcase the excitement and versatility of our attractions, supporting schools, corporate groups, community organizations, and special events while contributing to the continued growth of group sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promoting the utilization of all 16 of our incredible Parks and Attractions with West Edmonton Mall.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing group sales clients while supporting new business opportunities across West Edmonton Mall Attractions.
• Coordinate and manage group booking from initial inquiry through event completion, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
• Promote and sell group experiences across attractions, identifying opportunities to match client needs with the most suitable offerings.
• Support prospecting efforts by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and contributing to new client outreach initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, invoices, and booking documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate event details clearly with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and exclusives.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and booking information within internal systems and reporting tools.
• Assist in gathering client feedback and supporting retention efforts to strengthen repeat business.
• Participate in trade shows, networking opportunities, and promotional initiatives that increase awareness of group sales opportunities.
• Contribute ideas that improve internal processes, client experience, and departmental efficiency.

Desired Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, business, communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Equivalent practical experience in sales, client service, business development, or account coordination will also be considered.
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Sales-minded with confidence identifying opportunities.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a small collaborative team.
• Comfortable communication with multiple departments and external clients.

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is an asset.

Terms Of Employment

• This is a full-time salaried position primarily scheduled Monday to Friday during daytime business hours.
• Occasional flexibility is required to support evening or weekend events, trade shows, or client commitments as needed.
• Employees may be considered for participation in the 4-day work week program after one year of service, subject to operational requirements.
• Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
• Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
