Job Title: Head Concierge Start Date: September 15th, 2026 Full Time – Salary Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Location: Cabot Revelstoke Mountain Lodge

Position Summary
The Head Concierge oversees all concierge operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and the seamless execution of guest requests. This role leads the concierge team, manages daily operations, and coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to provide efficient, personalized, and memorable guest experiences. The Head Concierge is responsible for maintaining service standards, supporting team development, and enhancing the overall guest journey through proactive service and local expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold and consistently execute Cabot’s luxury service standards Operations & Department Oversight
- Oversee daily departmental operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
- Maintain quality, cleanliness, and operational standards across all areas Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support team members to drive performance and engagement
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards Administrative & Reporting
- Complete required reports, logs, and operational documentation accurately and on time
- Support scheduling, staffing levels, and payroll coordination
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or concierge roles, with a strong understanding of luxury service standards
- Experience creating personalized itineraries, coordinating guest activities, and managing reservations or bookings
- Background in front desk or guest-facing roles, with the ability to handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery
- Proven leadership and team development skills (for supervisory roles)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills & Competencies
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands Qualifications
- Previous experience in front office, guest services, or concierge roles within a hotel or resort environment, with a strong understanding of luxury service standards
- Valid BC Drivers License – or willing to acquire prior to commencement of employment
- Strong background in handling guest concerns, service recovery, and high-touch guest interactions
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision, training, and performance management
- Proficiency with hotel systems (PMS), cash handling procedures, and front office operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills & Competencies
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
