About the role

Naimark Law Firm is a plaintiff personal injury law firm operating within the GTA. Our team of professionals are dedicated, dynamic, and diverse!

Naimark Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated Law Clerk/Paralegal with extensive experience in Accident Benefits, to work alongside a senior lawyer handling high severity CAT files.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Completion of OCF forms Drafting LAT applications Preparing Case Conference summary forms Preparing for LAT hearings Requesting and reviewing medical documentation Daily communication with clients and third parties Handling CAT files

Attributes & Experience

5+ years of accident benefits experience including extensive knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS). Experience working in a fast pace environment running 150+ ab files Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office, Time Matters and PC Law Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail.

Salary to be negotiated based on experience.

The position is remote and office attendance is required once a month. In addition, Naimark Law Firm has transitioned to 4 day work weeks!

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
