We are seeking a Property Care Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our landscape maintenance and Christmas Decor divisions.
Role Overview
The Property Care Operations Manager is responsible for turning plans into action. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, process, and performance — ensuring crews are supported, schedules run smoothly, and work is completed accurately and consistently.
This is not a sales role. Success in this position is measured by execution, organization, efficiency, and follow-through.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with sales, administration, and field leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Scheduling
- Plan and manage daily and weekly maintenance schedules
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials
- Adjust schedules proactively for weather, staffing, and site conditions
Crew Leadership
- Lead and support maintenance foremen and crew members
- Set clear expectations for quality, safety, and professionalism
- Provide direction, accountability, and coaching in the field
Execution & Quality Control
- Ensure work is completed to Landmark standards
- Oversee daily job notes, photos, and reporting
- Conduct site visits and quality checks as required
Invoicing & Job Close-Out
- Ensure work is properly tracked and documented
- Prepare jobs for accurate and timely invoicing
- Work with administration to resolve discrepancies
Systems & Continuous Improvement

Improve processes, workflows, and consistency across crews

Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Help strengthen systems that support long-term growth
