The role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with sales, administration, and field leadership.

  • Provide direction, accountability, and coaching in the field

Execution & Quality Control

Who This Role Is For

  • Confident leaders who enjoy managing people and schedules

  • Individuals who take pride in things being done properly

  • Problem-solvers who stay calm under pressure

  • Professionals who value structure, consistency, and accountability

Experience & Skills

  • 3–7+ years in landscape maintenance or field operations

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple crews and priorities

  • Familiarity with job tracking, documentation, and basic invoicing workflows

Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to the General Manager
