Working outdoors as part of a tight-knit team Solving problems and thinking on your feet Cleaning windows and working on ladders Painting & staining decks Pressure washing

Qualifications (Helpful but Not Required)
Labour or maintenance background Familiarity with hand and power tools Basic maintenance or service skills Construction background is an asset, but not required
No experience needed — training provided. Applicants must be comfortable at heights (ladders above one storey). This is a full-time role and not intended for students.
