The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic Participant Recruitment Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of participant recruitment projects for a range of customer research studies. You’ll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and panel partners to ensure successful outcomes—from confirming study specs and refining screeners to monitoring fieldwork and delivering results on time and within budget.

You’ll be at the heart of helping our customers connect with the right audiences and uncover meaningful insights through exceptional recruitment support.

The Team You’ll be part of our Global Services team, working alongside project managers, pricing coordinators, and customer experience professionals across the globe. We’re a collaborative and supportive group focused on bringing high-quality participant recruitment solutions to life while maintaining a strong sense of fun and shared purpose.

What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and confident managing multiple moving parts. Here’s what helps you succeed:

  • Strong understanding of market research, participant sampling, or UX/CX recruitment
  • Experience working in fieldwork management, panel coordination, or participant recruitment
  • Comfortable consulting with clients on recruitment strategy and screener design
  • Adept at managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on clear, timely updates
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and tracking
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or Zendesk is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Consult with clients and internal teams to understand participant recruitment needs
  • Use internal panels or trusted external partners to recruit participants globally
  • Design and refine screeners that yield high-quality participant matches
  • Track and report on study progress, offering insights and recommendations
  • Provide timely updates and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate pricing and billing across platforms like Salesforce and Monday.com
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure recruitment aligns with scope and timelines
  • Keep up-to-date with our platform enhancements and feedback loops
