##What will your typical day look like?

Solution Design & Configuration

  • Lead or support end-to-end IBP implementations including Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response & Supply, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) modules
  • Configure IBP planning areas, key figures, calculation views, alerts, and planning operators aligned to client business requirements
  • Design and build statistical forecasting models (MLR, Causal, Composite) within IBP Demand; tune and validate model accuracy; Setup Supply and Inventory Planning Algorithms: Finite Heuristics, Optimizer, Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization
  • Design, implement, troubleshoot and enhance CI-DS Data Integration Flows for Master and Transactional Data, setup RTI Integration Models between SAP S/4 HANA and SAP IBP
  • Define and document functional specifications for custom planning logic, KPIs, and data integration flows
  • Lead or facilitate fit/gap workshops, configuration workshops, demo sessions, Playbacks and UAT sessions with business stakeholders

Integration & Technical Delivery

  • Design and support IBP integration architecture with SAP S/4 HANA (CI-DS/ RTI / BTP Integration Suite), SAP Datasphere, and SAC for embedded analytics, Flat Files
  • Design, implement, troubleshoot and enhance CI-DS Data Integration Flows for Master and Transactional Data, setup RTI Integration Models between SAP S/4 HANA and SAP IBP
  • Develop and validate IBP planning views, templates, and dashboards in the Excel Add-In and Fiori-based UI (Planner Workspaces, Analytics Stories, Analytics and Dashboards)
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in both test and production environments
  • Contribute to data migration strategies and cutover planning for IBP go-lives

Client Engagement & Quality

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality deliverables including solution blueprints, configuration design documents (CDDs), functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials
  • Collaborate with offshore team members and manage workstream tasks to timeline and budget
  • Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization, transitioning solutions to managed services or client support teams

##About the team

Deloitte's SAP Supply Chain practice is one of the fastest-growing capability areas in Canada. We help clients modernize their planning landscapes through SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), connecting demand sensing, supply optimization, inventory management, and financial reconciliation into a single, real-time planning platform.

As an SAP IBP Consultant, you will work within cross-functional project teams to design, configure, and deploy IBP solutions across a range of Canadian and global clients. You will serve as both a functional configuration expert and an integration specialist, bridging IBP with adjacent platforms such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAC Analytics, and Datasphere.

Required

  • 2–5 years of hands-on SAP IBP configuration and implementation experience (at least one full-cycle project)
  • Proficiency in two or more IBP modules: Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response & Supply, or S&OP/IBP for Sales & Operations
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA supply chain processes (MRP, production planning, procurement, order management)
  • Experience with IBP data integration: CI-DS, BTP Integration Suite, RTI
  • Experience with IBP configuration framework: planning area configuration, key figures, planning levels, algorithms setup (Demand, Supply, Inventory) for both Time Series and Order Based Planning
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for IBP embedded planning or SAP Datasphere for supply chain data products
  • Exposure to IBP demand sensing, machine learning forecast augmentation, or external demand signal integration
  • Knowledge of ABAP, BTP development tools, or Python/R for custom analytics or pre/post-processing
  • Prior consulting experience in a Big 4 or major systems integrator environment
  • SAP IBP certification or active progress toward certification

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams

##Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
