As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Store Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our company’s success.
About The Role The Senior Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, lead and inspire a passionate team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, operational management, and horticultural knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including merchandising, inventory control, and cash management.
- Maintain the health, quality, and visual presentation of all plant materials.
- Plan and adjust green and hard goods inventory based on seasonal trends and demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze sales and operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture that reflects the values of the Wildwood brand.
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management (Canadian experience preferred).
- Strong background in horticulture with proven expertise in plant maintenance and care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations and lead a team in a dynamic retail environment.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and comfort with technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak seasonal periods as required.
