Job Summary We are seeking a Technology-Assisted Sales Representative to join our team. This position combines customer-focused sales expertise with technology tools to deliver a personalized buying experience. You will use digital platforms, virtual consultations, and in-person meetings to connect customers with the Garmin products that best meet their needs.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Drive sales of Garmin products across multiple categories (fitness, outdoor, automotive, marine, and aviation) through in-person and technology-enabled channels.
Use digital tools (video consultations, online demos, CRM systems, and mobile apps) to engage with customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
Provide exceptional product knowledge and technical demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and real-world applications of Garmin devices.
Support customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through post-purchase setup and onboarding.
Collaborate with marketing and retail partners to maximize the visibility of Garmin products, promotions, and events.
Collect and report customer feedback, sales trends, and competitive analysis to support continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date on Garmin product launches, software updates, and industry trends to offer expert advice.

Qualifications Qualifications
- Marketing, technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer-facing experience, ideally in consumer electronics, outdoor equipment, or technology.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and explain new products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in person, over the phone, and digital platforms.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultative sales environment
- Passion for Garmin's mission and product categories (fitness, outdoor adventure, aviation, marine, automotive).
- Comfortable with virtual sales tools and mobile apps.
