We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Broadway Dental Group, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the liaison between our patients and our clinical team, helping ensure every patient receives clear, timely, and supportive guidance regarding their treatment plans. Your ability to build trust and deliver a seamless front office experience will be vital to our success.

  • Schedule:
  • Monday: 7:45 am - 4:15 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:45 am - 4:15 pm
  • Wednesday: 7:45 am - 4:15 pm
  • Thursday: 7:45 am - 4:15 pm
  • Friday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • Occassional Saturday when needed

About the Clinic: This clinic offers a modern, patient-focused environment in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, with stunning views and bright, naturally lit treatment rooms. The space is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital imaging and intraoral scanning, allowing the team to deliver high-quality, efficient care.

The team is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient, emphasizing comfort, clear communication, and personalized treatment planning. From the initial consultation through to treatment, patients are guided through their care with transparency and a strong focus on education.

Clinically, the practice takes a comprehensive approach, including thorough examinations, oral cancer screenings, TMJ assessments, and detailed treatment planning. The team works collaboratively to ensure patients understand their oral health and feel confident in their care decisions.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present and explain treatment plans clearly, answering any patient questions
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments to optimize clinic flow
  • Process referrals and manage patient correspondence
  • Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and next steps
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Collaborate with the front office team and support general administrative duties as needed
  • Ensure a patient-first mindset is reflected in every interaction

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 3 years of dental administration experience and 1 year of treatment coordination experience
  • Experience and competency with treatment planning
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems; knowledge of Cleardent software is an asset
  • Solid understanding of dental terminology, including implant procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-player mentality and the ability to contribute to a positive team culture
