As our next Automation Process Specialist , you’ll lead the design, programming, and implementation of advanced automation systems. You’ll drive innovation, mentor technicians, and ensure high operational efficiency across manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and implement new automated systems aligned with operational goals
- Write and debug complex automation programs
- Develop long-term strategies for automation improvements
- Mentor junior and intermediate technicians
- Research and implement cost-effective, innovative automation solutions
- Lead the automation team and manage project resources
- Conduct maintenance and preventive schedules to ensure >95% line availability
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve >95% OEE
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and JE’s safety and environmental policies
- Perform other duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma in Automation Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automation systems design, programming, and implementation
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, Python, or similar automation programming tools
- Strong understanding of automation architecture and system design principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
