HOURLY RATE: $19.29 FULL TIME HOURS WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The purpose of this role is to support store leadership in daily operations by leading through example, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to all areas of sales and merchandising. The Store Lead ensures an outstanding guest experience through strong product knowledge, efficient POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Support daily store operations, including sales, merchandising and inventory.
- Provide direction to sales associates, ensuring store standards and guest experience expectations are met.
- Ensures retail team completes open and closing procedures, including handling cash and end of day reporting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for guest questions.
- Assist with training new associates on products, policies, and guest experience practices.
- Provides feedback to leadership that influences the planning for future seasons.
- Embraces and actively participates in a culture of teamwork between all employees that achieves the department's targets.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Past retail experience is not required but considered a strong asset.
- Ability to communicate, solve problems, strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and carrying and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings and holidays.
