THE OPPORTUNITY: THE "SUNRISE 2027" RETAIL SHIFT
The retail world is facing a mandatory deadline. By 2027, the traditional UPC barcode is being phased out at the Point-of-Sale in favor of GS1 Digital Link QR Codes. This means every brand—from local Toronto craft breweries to national manufacturers—must update their packaging.
IncudoLABS is hiring a driven B2B Sales Hunter to lead the market with QRBolt.com, a smart resolver platform that makes brands compliant with this new global standard while turning their packaging into a direct marketing channel
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, self-managed sales professional to target the Toronto/GTA manufacturing and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sector. Hunt: Identify manufacturers, food & beverage brands, and packaging companies needing compliance solutions. Pitch: Demonstrate how QRBolt solves the "Sunrise 2027" problem while boosting customer engagement. Close: Secure high-value Annual SaaS Subscriptions.
WHY PARTNER WITH US?
Built-in Urgency: You aren't selling a "nice-to-have." You are selling a solution to an approaching industry deadline. Lucrative Compensation: We pay high-percentage commissions on Annual Contracts. (Expected OTE: $80k - $150k+ based on performance). Residual Income: Build a portfolio that pays you year-over-year. Toronto Territory: The GTA is Canada’s manufacturing hub. WHO YOU ARE
A Hunter: You don’t wait for leads; you create them. You are comfortable cold-calling and networking. Experienced: 2+ years in B2B Sales, SaaS, or Packaging/Printing sales preferred. True Independent: You are an Independent Contractor (Business-to-Business relationship). You have your own home office/equipment and the discipline to work without micromanagement. Tech-Fluent: You can explain "Dynamic QR Codes" simply to business owners.
