Tasks

Develop and expand brand partnerships for outdoor sports apparel in Canada & the U.S.

Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets

Provide expert recommendations on product selection, materials, and design

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs

Collaborate with SOLAMODA’s global business team for technical, production, and quality support
-
Travel within North America for client visits, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
Education & Industry Knowledge
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field
-
Strong understanding of outdoor apparel materials, production, and fashion trends
Experience & Sales Expertise
-
5-10 years in outdoor apparel, sportswear, or related industries
-
Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
-
Established network of brand clients or key industry connections in North America
-
Minimum 5 years of retail experience in North America
Skills & Abilities
-
Languages: Fluent in English; French preferred to serve French-speaking clients in Quebec

Strong market research, data analysis, and strategic planning skills
-
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales tools
Additional Requirements

Valid Canadian work permit (authorization to work in Canada is required)

Willing to travel within Canada and the U.S. for client meetings and trade shows

Industry connections (existing network of brand clients is a strong asset)

Valid driver’s license for business travel
