Position overview
Provide support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration. This role is ideal for HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and growing team.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment and onboarding Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding process Employee relations Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures HR administration Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Canadian employment Standards and laws Support benefits administration and assist with payroll coordination Training and development Coordinate training sessions and track employee’s development activities Compliance and reporting Support adherence to employment legislation and company policies Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS data integrity
Qualification and skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5-10 years of HR experience Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality Proficiency in MS office; experience with HRIS is an asset Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Open mindedness and cultural awareness Ability to work collaboratively and independently
