About the role
Sales Management
- Collaborate with Store Manager to manage Givenchy Benjing SKP 2F Men store, drive the business and maximize sales results
- Set actions plan to achieve monthly/annual target while reinforcing sales techniques toward the team
- Daily monitoring of KPIs and sales results
- Develop data collection and data accuracy
- Proactively advise/propose events to develop business & client database
Team and People Management
- Lead by example in terms of presentation and grooming. Make sure the team is constantly representing the Brand
- Take actions to maintain the Store at Excellence Level (cleaning, facilities, store maintenance...)
- Build team spirit and an atmosphere that encourages performance and initiatives
