The Opportunity
The Consultant, Commissioning and Integration leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new builds and redevelopments to support AgeCare’s mission and care goals. This role ensures projects meet Ministry standards, stay on budget and schedule, and deliver resident-centered outcomes. Working with internal teams and partners, the Consultant integrates systems, teams, and technologies to streamline operations and drive sustainable organizational growth.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with directors and consultants to identify priorities and implement key strategic initiatives across all homes.
- Support Regional Directors to ensure consistency and alignment between organizational strategies and site-level execution.
- Lead commissioning for new builds and redevelopments, ensuring clinical, operational, and regulatory readiness.
- Partner with corporate teams (Operations, Finance, HR, IT) to design and implement systems and staffing models aligned with Ministry funding.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure seamless resident transitions and service continuity.
- Act as a key liaison with the Ministry of Long-Term Care, health system partners, and community stakeholders to ensure compliance and collaboration.
- Mentor site leaders in adopting new care models and standards while fostering integration across corporate and site operations.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a related sector.
- Proven success leading the commissioning of healthcare facilities or complex integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Ministry of Long-Term Care regulations, funding models, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and deliver large-scale initiatives on time and within budget.
- Expertise in implementing and integrating new systems, processes, and workflows, including planning, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring organizational goals and client satisfaction are achieved.
