Building Manager Team

Drewlo Holdings is currently seeking a Building Manager Teams to live-in and manage buildings in London/Woodstock/Kitchener/Sarnia . We are looking for energetic people to oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment building.

The Building Manager Team Is Responsible For
- Addressing residents' concerns either themselves or involving our maintenance team or the property manager if needed
- Facilitating work orders and performing minor maintenance
- Showing vacant apartment to prospective residents, completing applications and leases
- Carrying out various administrative duties/paperwork, use of company provided smartphone and email is required
- Monitoring activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and their guests adhere to Drewlo policies
- Maintaining fire safety logs
- Maintaining exterior walkways during winter months
- Covering a sister building on their superintendent's day off (the sister building covers for yours)
- Presenting themselves and Drewlo Holdings in a friendly, professional manner to all current and prospective tenants
- Executing the turn-over procedure of suites to new tenants, including cleaning of the suite
We're Looking For Building Managers To Bring
- Renting/sales skills
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Handy/basic maintenance skills
- A history of property management
