Following our successful healthcare network development in India, we have recently established our Canadian office to expand our international presence. We are now seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join our leadership team and help build ATP HealthLine’s Canadian operations from the ground up.

Role Description

We are looking for a visionary, execution-focused Co-Founder who is willing to invest both financially and professionally in building ATP HealthLine Canada.

This is a full-time leadership position based in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario), where the selected candidate will work closely with the Founder & CEO to establish and scale the Canadian business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and expansion of ATP HealthLine’s Canadian operations.
• Participate as an equity partner and strategic decision-maker.
• Contribute capital investment to support business growth and market expansion.
• Develop partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, employers, travel agencies, community organizations, and referral partners.
• Build relationships with South Asian and multicultural communities across Canada.
• Develop marketing, branding, and business development strategies.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the Canadian team.
• Identify new business opportunities within medical tourism, preventive healthcare, diagnostics, and digital health.
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian business regulations and operational standards.
• Represent ATP HealthLine at networking events, healthcare conferences, and community programs.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.
