About the Capco Marketing Team
Capco’s global Marketing Team brings together marketing strategists, designers, writers, digital specialists, and communications specialists from around the world to partner with the business to develop marketing and communications programs that build Capco’s brand and facilitate lead generation and client sales.

About Your Role:

As a Marketing Senior Analyst, you’ll work together with our US Marketing team to help bring marketing initiatives to life across North and South America. You’ll help develop social media content, support the creation of thought leadership blogs/whitepapers and marketing collateral, assist with email marketing, and coordinate client and internal events to help create an engaging experience for Capco clients and prospects.

We're looking for someone who is organized and proactive, takes ownership, and enjoys working with different stakeholders. You must be passionate, dedicated, energetic, have high integrity, excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills, and be able to multi-task. We’ll make sure you’re fully equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and empowered to share your own ideas, and we’ll support you with learning opportunities throughout your career.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Content & Digital Publishing

  • Work with our business partners to prepare and publish content (blogs, whitepapers, emails, collateral) for Capco.com, email, and social channels.
  • Create social media posts and support email marketing

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the region..
  • Coordinate with designers and writers to deliver creative assets.
  • Manage timelines, follow-ups, and ensure projects run smoothly

Events Support

  • Assist with internal and external events, including logistics, promotion, and attendee engagement.
  • Support post-event follow-up and reporting.

General Marketing Support

  • Manage creative requests and work closely with design, content writers, and external agencies.
  • Assist with marketing communications across branding, web updates, collateral, and more.

What You'll Bring with You:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of full-time marketing experience (agency, B2B, professional services, tech, or FS are a big plus)
  • Experience coordinating social media, thought leadership, marketing collateral, website copy and event execution aspects, as well as project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to coordinate and prioritize multiple workflows
  • Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Able to run with tasks independently and ask smart questions along the way (we are always here to help)
