About the role
Join a creative branding initiative focused on developing a suite of French classic animal characters for a new application centered on parties and celebrations. This project offers the opportunity to shape the visual identity of an emerging brand, with the initial scope involving the creation of multiple unique animalistic characters that embody the spirit and services of the app. The work is fully remote and designed as a single engagement, with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on project needs.
Deliverables
- Design and illustrate a series of French classic animal characters tailored to the app’s branding requirements
- Deliver high-resolution digital files suitable for use across web, mobile, and print platforms
- Collaborate with the project lead to refine concepts and ensure alignment with the brand’s vision
- Provide revisions based on feedback to achieve final approved artwork
- Prepare character assets for potential future use in marketing and product materials
Requirements
- Proven experience in character illustration, preferably with a portfolio featuring animal or mascot designs
- Strong understanding of French classic illustration styles and ability to adapt to brand guidelines
- Proficiency in industry-standard illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Availability for prompt feedback cycles and potential follow-up projects
