Are you passionate about creating meaningful content that inspires and engages? OM Canada is seeking a Content Producer to join our Communications and Marketing Department and share the global OM story with our Canadian audience.

Operation Mobilization Canada (OM Canada) is dedicated to mobilizing people to share the knowledge of Jesus and His love across generations and nations. Operating in over 147 countries, in addition to on board OM's ships, OM pioneers initiatives to redeem lives, rebuild communities, and restore hope. Over 4,500 people from 125 nationalities are serving to bring the message of hope worldwide. OM utilizes various methods including literature, creative arts, friendship, Bible studies, videos, social media, and development work to share the love of Christ. Join us in working towards vibrant communities of Jesus followers in the least-reached areas of the world.
Role Description
While working with the Communications and Marketing Department you will be involved in producing and supporting OM Canada’s content in various forms to tell the global OM story to our Canadian audience.
Key Responsibilities
• Craft engaging content for print and digital media, including news articles, stories, fundraising appeals, and more.
• Design and publish materials such as brochures, magazines, email newsletters, website updates, and social media posts.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely production and publishing.
• Use analytics to evaluate content performance and refine strategies.
Requirements
• 2+ years of content creation experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong grasp of Canadian English; French is an asset.
• Must be able to work independently and able to take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with social media and CMS platforms.
• Graphic design skills and knowledge of email marketing platforms are assets.
• Flexibility to work remotely or from our office in Port Colborne, Ontario, with occasional travel.
• This is a full-time role (35 hrs/week).
