We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a dynamic personality and a drive to reach decision-makers and strengthen customer relationships.
About the role:
Reporting to the ISR Team Leader, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for connecting Superior Glove and potential customers. This role is all about transforming curiosity into opportunity. You’ll guide prospective clients through our sampling process, follow up to ensure their needs are met, and build strong relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. Working closely with our sales team, you’ll qualify leads, nurture customer relationships, and help identify opportunities for growth. You’ll also play a vital role in keeping our CRM data sharp and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to uncover new prospects.

This position is based out of 36 Vimy Street, Acton ON
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Manage inbound leads, build relationships, and guide prospects through next steps.
- Qualify opportunities, upsell/cross-sell products, and close small to mid-sized accounts.
- Support end users with sample requests, wear trials, quotes, and distributor purchases.
- Strengthen client relationships by delivering excellent service and sharing regular updates on satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and track conversions from sampling initiatives.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to research and generate new leads.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and the sales team to ensure full sales cycle coverage.
- Present Superior Glove’s product portfolio and safety solutions to prospects.
- Contribute to sales campaigns, industry research, and cross-departmental projects to drive growth.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience with proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- High School Diploma required; formal sales training or certification an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Skilled in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of call navigation and discovery best practices.
- Resilient in overcoming objections, with strong interpersonal and customer-first focus.
- Team-oriented, ambitious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid passport and driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; willingness to travel as needed.
