The Inside Sales Representative should have strong customer service skills and will support sales through calling existing and potential residential customers. If you have a knack for sales and numbers and are detail-oriented, please apply! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales. Work directly with management and service technicians to find customer solutions. Provide service technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects that require additional resources that would be unavailable in the field. Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours utilizing our BOE form and vendor requested pricing. Maintain and updates Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and SAM daily. Provide a list of labor, materials, and parts for order entry. Responsible for achieving sales objectives. Help others in the office and region with product knowledge as needed. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
