Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop and optimize wireless communication protocols (4G LTE, 5G NR, etc.).

·      Analyze wireless protocol standards, propose technical solutions aligned with project needs, and ensure solution compliance and performance.

·      Debug and test wireless protocol software modules; identify and resolve technical issues to enhance system stability and reliability.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, test engineers) to ensure on-time project delivery.

·      Provide technical support to customers worldwide, and ensure that devices meet the needs of various operators;

Educational and Skill Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

·      3+ years experience of relevant engineering experience in wireless module or smart phone or cellular network.

·      Excellent understanding 3GPP protocol specification and hands-on experiences of SW design or issue analysis on at least one wireless network from 2G/3G/LTE/5G;

·      Strong coding skills and hands-on experiences in C/C++ programming;

·      Proficient with Qualcomm or MediaTek modem and hands-on experiences of analysis Network Access/Data Connection/Call(CS call/volte call/vonr call)/SMS issue;

·      Good knowledge and hand-on experiences in GCF/PTCRB certification or North American operator certification,hands-on experiences of the Technical Support for field test is a plus;

·      Excellent understanding of application protocol stack(TCP,IP,UDP,etc.) is a plus;

·      Proficient with cellular callboxes(R&S CMW500,Keysight,etc.) is a plus;
