About the role
Bourgon Construction is always looking for the best people in the business. Project managers, superintendents, carpenters, skilled labourers - chances are good that if our values and passion for building line up and we don’t have a spot for you, we’ll make one!
OUR APPROACH
We embrace a ‘master-builder’ approach to projects within our range of expertise, and we aim to have our managers steer projects through from planning and estimation to completion and handover. This approach creates the big-picture experience, the accountability, and the one-on-one relationships we enjoy.
We value people who are energized by this hands-on approach, work well with others, are meticulous by nature, and enjoy continuous training and development.
OPEN POSITIONS
Below are positions that we are actively seeking to fill – and we are always eager to meet great people whose interests, skills and values match ours. So don’t hesitate to get in touch. The most thorough, professional applications with references are typically considered first. A note to students: we support apprenticeships and summer positions as often as possible, so don’t be shy!
