Job Title: Front Desk Agent (Part-Time)

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience, especially during evening and overnight hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
• Record and manage guest information using the property management system
• Handle room bookings, reservation inquiries, and confirmation of existing bookings
• Process payments, issue invoices, and complete check-outs
• Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling accounts and preparing end-of-day reports
• Manage incoming calls and handle guest service requests
• Coordinate additional services for guests such as event or catering arrangements
• Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are tidy, well-stocked, and inviting

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk or night audit experience is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with property management systems preferred
• Availability for evening, weekend, and overnight shifts
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
