Junior Digital Marketing Manager (6-Month Contract) – Blonyx Location: North Vancouver (Hybrid — 2 days/week in office)

About The Role We’re seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join us for a 6-month contract starting December 1st . You’ll help build and optimize digital funnels that attract, convert, and retain athletes across multiple disciplines.

This is a hands-on execution role involving social ads, landing pages, popups, email flows, Shopify apps, and on-site optimization. You’ll work closely with our existing marketing team — including our Marketing Manager and Social Media/Content Manager — to bring athletes into the Blonyx ecosystem and keep them engaged. A key project during this contract will be to help improve Blonyx’s sustainability practices by assessing our packaging, shipping, marketing materials, and operations to recommend waste-reduction and environmental improvements. What You’ll Do Funnel Building & Optimization

• Build end-to-end digital funnels from awareness to retention
• Create landing pages, popups, and quizzes using Shopify & apps
• Support creative strategy for Meta, TikTok, and Google ads
• Execute and optimize Klaviyo email campaigns and flows
• A/B test creative, offers, pages, CTAs
• Monitor funnel performance and improve based on insights

Audience Targeting & Lead Gen

• Develop targeting strategies for cyclists, runners, hybrid athletes (CrossFit/Hyrox), and team-sport athletes
• Build TOF ads and lead magnets to grow Blonyx’s email list
• Support campaign planning and content development

Website & CRO

• Implement CRO tactics to improve conversion
• Manage Shopify apps (email capture, loyalty, reviews, UGC, quizzes, etc.)
• Help maintain site consistency and UX

Sustainability Project

• Evaluate packaging, shipping, and marketing materials
• Identify ways to reduce waste and improve environmental impact
• Present actionable recommendations and assist with implementation

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience

• Background in marketing, digital media, communications, or similar

• Experience building and optimizing funnels in D2C/e-commerce

• Strong proficiency with:

• Meta/TikTok/Google Ads

• Landing pages and popup tools

• Email platforms (Klaviyo preferred)

• Shopify & Shopify apps

• Analytics tools and funnel reporting

• A data-driven, iterative mindset

• Bonus: personal interest in sport or athletic training
